Webhooks Livehow Zapier and n8n receive your app’s events

Craftable sends a signed POST with JSON to your URL when the events you pick happen: form.submitted, user.signed_up, db.inserted, payment.paid, app.message.

1. In n8n add a Webhook node (Zapier: “Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook”) and copy its URL.
2. Here: pick your project → Add integration → Webhook, paste the URL, tick the events, Save. Copy the signing secret it shows.
3. Tap Send test. The delivery log shows every send, its HTTP code and any error.

Headers: X-Craftable-Event, X-Craftable-Delivery, X-Craftable-Timestamp, X-Craftable-Signature: sha256=HMAC_SHA256(secret, timestamp + "." + body). Failed sends are retried (3 quick tries, then up to 6 in total over about 2.5 hours) and you can press Retry in the log.

1. In n8n add a Webhook node, set the method to POST and copy its Production URL.
2. Here: pick your project → Add integration → Webhook, paste the URL, tick the events, Save.
3. Activate the workflow and tap Send test. The event arrives as JSON (event, data, project_name), ready for any n8n node.

Check it really came from Craftable with the signature header.

1. In Zapier create a Zap with the trigger Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook and copy the URL.
2. Here: pick your project → Add integration → Webhook, paste the URL, tick the events, Save.
3. Tap Send test, then Test trigger in Zapier and add any action (Gmail, Sheets, Telegram, HubSpot…).

Zapier lists Webhooks by Zapier as a premium app, so it needs a paid Zapier plan. n8n works on its free plan.

Any app using the Craftable SDK can post its own message to every integration that listens for app.message (your Zapier and n8n webhooks):

Or just ask the AI in the builder: “send each booking to my Zapier”. Limits: 10 messages per visitor per 10 minutes, 200 per app per day, 500 deliveries per app per day, 10 integrations per project.

1. Open dashboard.stripe.com/apikeys (start in Test mode) and copy the Publishable key and the Secret key.
2. Paste both under Your accounts → Stripe below. The secret key is encrypted on Craftable’s server and never goes into your app.
3. In your app call Craftable.stripe.checkout, or ask the builder AI: “add a Buy ₹499 button with Stripe”.
4. Optional, recommended: in Stripe → Developers → Webhooks → Add endpoint, paste the endpoint URL shown on your Stripe card here, pick checkout.session.completed and checkout.session.async_payment_succeeded, then paste the signing secret (whsec_…) on your Stripe card. Payments are then marked paid even if the buyer closes the page.

The buyer pays on Stripe’s own Checkout page and comes back to your app. Craftable checks the payment with Stripe on the server before your app sees paid: true, and sends a payment.paid event to your other integrations. Money goes straight to your Stripe account.

1. Open Razorpay → Account & Settings → API Keys (Test mode first) and generate a key.
2. Paste the Key ID and Key secret under Your accounts → Razorpay below. The secret stays encrypted on Craftable’s server.
3. In your app call Craftable.razorpay.checkout, or ask the builder AI: “add a Pay ₹299 button with Razorpay”.

Razorpay Checkout opens over your app. Craftable creates the order with your keys and checks Razorpay’s signature on the server, then sends payment.paid to your other integrations. Money goes straight to your Razorpay account.
