Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Craftable (craftable.sites.tab.bot and the Craftable Android app). By creating an account or using Craftable, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Craftable is

Craftable is an AI website and app builder. You describe what you want in plain words, and AI models write the code for websites, web apps and games. You can preview, edit by chatting, publish, or download what you build.

Your account

• You sign in with your email address and a one-time code we email you, or with Google or GitHub where offered.
• Keep access to your email safe. Anyone who can read your email can sign in to your account. Never share your sign-in code.
• Give a real email address you can read. One person, one account.
• If you are under 18, use Craftable with your parent's or guardian's permission, and ask them before you pay for anything.

Acceptable use

Don't use Craftable to build, publish or share anything that:

• is illegal in India or where you live, or helps someone break the law;
• is abusive, hateful or harassing, threatens violence, or sexualises minors;
• is a scam, phishing page, fake login page, malware, or tries to steal data or money;
• copies someone else's work, brand or identity without permission.

Don't try to break, overload or get around the service (including its credit limits). We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

You own what you build

The websites, apps and code you create with Craftable belong to you. You can download them and host them anywhere. You are responsible for what you publish and for checking that you have the rights to any text, images or logos you add. Templates are free to use as a starting point for your own projects.

AI output can be wrong

Craftable uses AI models, and AI makes mistakes. Generated code, text and information may contain errors or bugs, or may not work the way you expected. Everything is provided "as is". Please check and test your project before you rely on it, especially for anything involving money, health, legal matters or personal data.

Credits and plans

• Building and editing with AI uses credits. The Free plan gives free daily credits (see Pricing for the current amounts).
• Paid plans (Starter ₹299, Pro ₹499 and Maxx ₹799 a month) and one-time credit top-ups are paid by UPI. Each plan runs for 30 days from payment.
• Plans don't renew automatically. You are only charged when you choose to pay.
• Prices, credit amounts and the models in each plan are shown on the Pricing page. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Changes to the service

Craftable is a growing product. We may add, change or remove features, AI models, templates or prices, and we may pause the service for maintenance. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we change these terms in an important way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep Craftable running and your projects safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Craftable is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of the service. In any case, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Please keep your own copy of important projects (you can download them any time).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of India.
